First of all the customer service is A1. I reached out to inquire about a luxurious picnic and I got a response with detailed information shortly after that. On the day of my event, which was my birthday they came out and setup everything nice and neat in my backyard. They had their own generator, which kept the tent cool with an air conditioner. The setup was so beautiful. They customized my luxurious picnic to match me! Everything was so beautiful. Pictures do no justice! There were games for my guests and I to play. The table setup was flawless. I was surprised to see my theme written on the message board. The lemonade was fresh and they even had ice! The Happy Birthday sign topped it all off. Not only that, there was a customized card and a special birthday dessert. I won’t spoil the rest so please book. It was an experience of a lifetime!
